    Core Shredder Of The Day

    Core Shredder Of The Day

There are props that help put that extra edge on to a workout, and sliding discs are some of those. because of their quick slide motion on the ground one has to ensure that the core is always tight. Notes: Sliding Disc Core Rotations- holding a strong plank position, bring the foot in and kick through until in a side plank position. Reverse the motion in the exact way and go back to the plank base then alternate legs.
